Clarity is one of those terms that gets thrown around a lot by everyone from coaches to self-help books.
It seems that “achieving clarity” is a never ending quest. The truth is, you can very simply nail down your personal clarity, but it’s more than just sitting around and making a vision board.
Real results come from real clarity.
Remember, the brain operates from the standpoint of keeping you alive. Whether you achieve your weight loss goal or bank account number is WAY down on its list of importance. It will always put percieved safety over your personal desire to achieve new things.
If you’re not clear on where you’re going, your brain won’t let you invest the energy into something. That would be too much risk. The brain doesn’t like risk because as risk climbs it counters the prime directive. It’ll put the brakes on and you’ll stay in the wishing stage.
Plus, it’s only one piece of the puzzle.
